WHO IS AWSOM?

Andrew White has been teaching since he was a young man in England. He grew up under the tutelage of Mr. Simon Field, a world renown piano performer from South East England who was best known for conducting orchestras in London's West End. Mr. Field passed on a love for the piano to Andrew, taking him through exams with the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music in London. 

When Andrew moved to the USA to marry his now wife, Kimberly, he began teaching a small number of students in their own homes around the Seattle area. His love for teaching grew along with his business as word got out to his students' friends and neighbors. Years later, with 50 students on a weekly basis, Andrew's schedule is more than full, but he loves the opportunity every day to teach students from 3 to 83 all across the Seattle area.

In 2014, Andrew and Kimberly decided to take the business to the next stage by forming AWSOM and began to incorporate more teachers that have the same principles of AWSOM. Andrew has been able to pass along his business expertise to some incredible musicians and teachers that have decided to partner with AWSOM to provide excellent music lessons. As we grow, we look forward to hearing stories of your children, your spouse, friends, or family also growing in their love for music.
