I recommended Catrin as a theory tutor for one of my private students. Catrin worked with my student throughout this past academic year on AP music theory and to help prepare her for college. This student will be attending Peabody Conservatory in the fall, so I think it’s safe to say that Catrin did a great job!

Catrin is fantastic! She is teaching my 12 and 9 year olds. My son has a hard time staying on task and she was able to use a check box system and incorporate other suggestions to help him focus. She is so patient!!

My daughter has been taking lessons from Catrin, and we couldn’t be happier. Catrin is encouraging (which is hard to find in our area) and really really knows her stuff. She not only teaches my daughter to play music, but to understand how her instrument works. The fact that she’ll drive to our house so I don’t have to do one more “mom taxi” thing is the icing on the cake.
